A very quiet beginning

Today, I added to my online store.  No big announcement made...just quietly adding it to see if anyone would like me to be their accountability coach.  I'm at a point where I want to be able to help others one on one to start making the changes needed to change their lives too.  

I want to help you take those first shakey steps into living a healthier life.  To help you decide on your mini goals and then to hold you accountable .  I've learned so much about myself during these past 6 years and I would like to share that experience one on one.
