About Living Instead of Existing

On February 7, 2012, I took my first steps to start living instead of existing.  I weighed 457# and was living a very limited life.  I could only walk 150 steps at a time and my husband had to take care of the every day duties.  My life consisted of work and home.  I have been able to lose over 250# and maintain that weight loss for over 6 years.  Not by some magic diet or pill, not by starving myself but by the old fashioned way of counting calories and moving more.  Setting small mini goals and working on changing my thinking and how I talk to myself.  I want to share with all of you that it is possible to change your life.
